Position Title: Retail Link Analyst

Since 1976, VTech has been developing high-quality, innovative educational products for children from birth to preteen that deliver "smart play" through the combination of entertaining electronic formats and engaging, age-appropriate content that help children learn while having fun.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Financial planning responsibility for all accounts within National Accounts, Regional Mass, Clubs and Electronics.
• Preparation of account proformas. Analysis of profitability for same.
• Track all brands and work closely with Sales teams on Trade programs
• Create Sales Budget and work with Sales teams to ensure accuracy on a monthly basis.
• Build models and information sourcing paths that will provide a reliable method for optimizing the sales/operations/marketing.
• Design Special promotion and Sales lift analysis
• Design trade allowance analysis and tracking; markdown allowance analysis and tracking
• Create and implement a new process for approving and tracking Customer monthly open order/shipment status reports.
• Work with Operations planning to ensure execution of monthly open order/shipment status reports.
• Work with Sales teams and Customers approving terms changes
Position Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in analytical sales role
• Ability to design and improve processes
• Demonstrated self starter
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Attentive to detail
Preferred:
• Prior work experience in and familiarity with the Toy industry
• Knowledge of Retail Link
• Analysis and support of sales operations
