We are currently seeking candidates for:

Senior Replenishment Manager
Bentonville, AR

Job Responsibilities:

• Directs and develops forecast parameters and modifications for one or more category teams by approving strategies across multiple merchandise categories; overseeing implementation of division, department, category, and item strategies; developing inventory for assigned category teams; validating and implementing new item forecasts; monitoring and calibrating store forecast; and operating and manipulating standard office productivity software, statistical packages, inventory management systems, and ad hoc query tools.
• Oversees order placement for one or more category teams by calibrating parameters within the ordering systems to determine appropriate inventory levels; directing co-managed supplier flow plans and inventory strategies; developing, coordinating, and completing demand plans with suppliers and other business partners; developing and overseeing implementation of strategies for new assortment/modular execution across business partners; putting processes in place to ensure proper store quantity distribution and item set up; coordinating and developing solutions for non-routine situations; and managing and reviewing order issues at the category team and department level.
• Aligns and develops resources to achieve objectives and financial results for one or more category teams by establishing and communicating team goals and objectives to internal and external business partners; responding to escalated issues related to order placement and validation; communicating objectives and results of financial and operational performance to internal and external senior Management; identifying training needs and providing education to internal and external business partners; developing and presenting training materials and best practices to suppliers and category teams; and developing presentation content and presenting at category and portfolio summits.
• Directs and optimizes supply chain execution for one or more category teams by developing a process for determining and approving an item flow path channel from supplier to store to best fit performance metrics; determining new item flow path channels; leading strategic cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain effectiveness; setting expectations and driving results for supply chain management; overseeing inventory management across multiple distribution center networks and store formats; reviewing and authorizing plans for movement and arrival of merchandise across the supply chain; identifying order exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain constraints that will impact supply chain execution; and developing and coordinating a resolution.
• Develops methods to deliver financial plan for one or more category teams in collaboration with business partners by managing category inventory budgets; managing cross-functional projects to meet strategic financial plans; analyzing trends in financial performance; interpreting results of trend analysis to make recommendations; modeling future inventory plans against supply chain capability; participating in category team financial goals; and developing and presenting recommendations to buyers and planners for addressing conflicting goals.
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Replenishment by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, Managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in the fields of supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, replenishment or computer science
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of additional experience in the above fields

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, replenishment or computer science
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of peers
