Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to our Customer Service & Replenishment Manager in the Bentonville area, this position will support all efforts related to:

• Monitoring of retail inventory to make sure all assigned inventory is accurate. Identify potential problems and communicate in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the timely communication to all sales & customer relations staff of all reporting and outstanding retail purchase orders. Responsible for tracking and researching customer deductions
• Weekly inventory communications to sales staff regarding assigned inventory over days old and overall inventory status.
• Working with Sam’s & Wal-Mart replenishment managers to make sure Aqua star items are properly represented at retail.
• Daily communication to all customers regarding any logistics issues.

Note: Time zones may require communications outside of traditional hours frequently.

Experience & Skills:

• 3 years minimum Retail Link Experience; international Retail Link experience desirable
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Suite including SharePoint & PowerPoint
• Ability to work comfortably & effectively within a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task & be flexible within an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Must excel with communication skills by understanding urgency, timeliness and professionalism
• Ability to work in a team environment staying consistently pleasant under stress.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will provide support to the Company on Walmart account handling, primarily with communications and operational situations.
